This development will be a towering 19-story high-rise building located at 1201-1213 S. University Ave, just one block away from the University of Michigan’s central campus. Construction is set to begin in August 2025, with an anticipated completion date in 2027, just in time for the start of the academic year.
The Chapter Ann Arbor development is designed to cater to the needs of students, featuring a total of 183 units and providing approximately 625 beds. The apartments will come in various configurations, including studio, two-, four-, and five-bedroom fully furnished options. This variety ensures that students can choose living arrangements that best suit their preferences and requirements.
In addition to its modern living spaces, Chapter Ann Arbor will offer an impressive range of common-area amenities. Previous communities branded under the Chapter name have already been established in locations such as Madison, Wisconsin, and Eugene, Oregon.
