Procore Technologies and Amazon Web Services announced a multi‑year strategic collaboration to co‑invest in go‑to‑market activities and product innovation for the construction industry. The agreement lists Procore’s platform in AWS Marketplace for buyers in North America and Europe, enables consolidated billing and use of existing AWS spend commitments, and commits both companies to expand joint engineering efforts. Procore will leverage Amazon Bedrock LLMs for AI agents that support document analytics, task automation and intelligent assistance, while advancing tools like Agent Builder and Developer Studio to help owners and contractors scale operations and adopt digital twin and analytics capabilities.
Procore Technologies and Amazon Web Services (AWS) have formalized a multi‑year strategic collaboration agreement that will pair joint go‑to‑market investment with a shared push on product innovation aimed at the global construction industry and adjacent verticals that drive construction initiatives. A first public outcome of the deal is that Procore’s construction management platform is now available for purchase in AWS Marketplace for customers in North America and Europe.
The strategic collaboration agreement (SCA) commits both companies to co‑invest in expanding product capabilities and go‑to‑market activities. Procore will lean on AWS cloud infrastructure and services as it accelerates product development in artificial intelligence, data operability and analytics. The companies also plan expanded cross‑team engineering work between Procore’s product and technology groups and AWS engineering teams.
Procore’s listing in AWS Marketplace lets customers in North America and Europe buy the Procore construction management platform through their existing AWS procurement channels. The listing supports consolidated billing and enables customers to apply existing AWS spend commitments and cloud credits when purchasing Procore, simplifying procurement and potentially reducing friction for organizations already committed to AWS.
Under the SCA, Procore will leverage Amazon Bedrock large language models to give customers choice and flexibility in AI solutions. Bedrock models will be used to power Procore’s AI agents designed for document analytics, task automation and intelligent assistance. Procore says these agents are intended to streamline project delivery, reduce risk and help project teams make more data‑driven decisions.
Procore leadership describes the collaboration as a way to multiply the company’s ability to connect stakeholders across projects. Procore’s president of product and technology, Steve Davis, frames the partnership as accelerating Procore’s roadmap and increasing value to customers immediately. Procore will continue to expand capabilities inside its Agent Builder and Developer Studio, tools that enable owners and general contractors across verticals to plan, build and operate construction portfolios with greater scale, efficiency and cost effectiveness.
AWS leadership notes that combining Procore’s connected platform with AWS cloud infrastructure and services aims to help construction customers unlock higher productivity, gain deeper insight into their data and scale operations more effectively. Procore’s global head of industry transformation, Sandra Benson, described the deal as mutually beneficial and confirmed the SCA does not include a monetary component. Benson expects closer integration to draw more users to Procore and to create a degree of cross‑pollination between the two companies’ teams and customers; she said further joint plans are under development but declined to discuss specifics.
The collaboration arrives as the construction sector increases use of digital twin technology. High‑profile digital twin deployment has often been used by cities — including Orlando, Las Vegas and Los Angeles — to display civic data and monitor environmental and health metrics such as pollution. More municipalities aim to create digital twins as demand grows. Contractors are also adopting digital twins on projects: Boston‑based Suffolk and AMC Bridge in Massachusetts have used twin technology to help counter labor shortages and supply chain challenges on jobsites. Procore’s industry transformation lead expects owner adoption — particularly for building operations and facility management — to lead and for contractor use to follow as those operational datasets influence design and construction decisions.
Procore recently named Sandra Benson as Head of Industry Transformation in a press release datelined Carpinteria, Calif. Benson brings more than 25 years of construction technology experience and previously held senior roles at AWS, Kentz/SNC‑Lavalin and J.D. Edwards. The same release notes her 2025 presidential appointment to a three‑year term on the Board of Directors of the National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS). Procore is listed on the NYSE under the ticker PCOR, and the firm notes that over 1 million projects and more than $1 trillion in construction volume have run on its platform. A separate corporate announcement tied to sports sponsorship states Procore has more than two million users globally.
Procore’s marketplace availability on AWS is the most tangible near‑term change for customers, providing procurement flexibility and billing consolidation. The partnership is also intended to speed feature delivery for document processing, automated workflows and AI assistance on projects, while keeping options open for different Bedrock models to meet customer preferences.
