The estimated price for this contract is $811,400, with a requirement of coordination with PSE for the installation of a new transformer.

This phase 1 project has an estimated cost of $12,000,000, part of a larger scope with a total budget of $84,000,000.

The Geomembrane Installation and Repair Work Order 2025 (KC001442) also has an upcoming bid due on July 2, 2025, emphasizing a 3% minimum requirement for SCS. Additionally, an informational open house is set for June 24, 2025, providing valuable insights into future contracting opportunities with the King County Wastewater Treatment Division.

Essential Services Standby Generator Replacement

Another upcoming project is the South Treatment Plant Essential Services Standby Generator Replacement Rebid (KC001453), accepting sealed bids until June 6, 2025, with an estimated price of $1,395,761. This project will also require a 10% Apprentice Utilization Requirement.
