Just Love Coffee Cafe is set to bring a unique coffee experience to San Antonio.
Just Love Coffee Cafe is opening its first location in San Antonio this fall, bringing a unique coffee experience to the area. Located near UTSA, the cafe will offer hand-roasted coffee and a diverse all-day brunch menu. Owners Erica Robertson and her brother aim to create a welcoming space for community engagement. With construction underway, the cafe is expected to be completed by mid-October, joining other businesses in the vibrant Roadrunner Creek shopping center.
A new coffee shop is gearing up to open its doors in San Antonio, promising to bring delightful brews and a unique dining experience to the region. Just Love Coffee Cafe, a chain rooted in Tennessee, will debut its first location in San Antonio near the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) this fall.
The project details for the San Antonio location were officially registered with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) on August 15, following the commencement of construction on July 3. With a construction cost of approximately $350,000, the new cafe is expected to be completed by October 15.
Erica Robertson, along with her brother, will operate the franchise in San Antonio. The duo was drawn to the brand’s mission, which emphasizes creating a warm and inviting space for community engagement. Just Love Coffee Cafe aims to foster a supportive environment while delighting guests with quality food and beverages.
Patrons can look forward to an extensive menu featuring hand-roasted coffee options, including classics like lattes, cappuccinos, and mochas. In addition, the cafe will offer an all-day brunch menu highlighting their specialty waffle dishes, which creatively utilize a waffle iron. Menu items will include waffled omelets, breakfast burritos, hashbrowns, biscuit sandwiches, and even calzones. A private meeting room will also be available on a mezzanine level, catering to those seeking a quiet space for gatherings.
The San Antonio location will be strategically positioned at 6010 UTSA Blvd., Suite 209, within the emerging Roadrunner Creek shopping center. Developed by Santikos Real Estate Services, this shopping center is already home to a variety of businesses, such as Insomnia Cookies, Siena Nails, and Smokey Mo’s TX BBQ, making it a vibrant hub for dining and shopping.
Just Love Coffee Cafe was founded in 2009 by Rob and Emily Webb after their experience with international adoption sparked a desire to assist other families in funding their adoption journeys. The first brick-and-mortar store opened in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, in 2011. Since then, the chain has significantly expanded, boasting 50 locations and even establishing a presence within some Walmart stores.
The opening of Just Love Coffee Cafe in San Antonio occurs amid a notable increase in coffee shop options in the area. Other coffee chains, such as La La Land Kind Cafe and locally-owned Archie’s Fine Coffee, are also making strides in expanding their services in the region. This influx of coffee establishments indicates a growing demand for quality coffee and inviting spaces where patrons can gather.
While the construction of the cafe is expected to wrap up in October, opening-specific information is still forthcoming. As San Antonio anticipates the arrival of Just Love Coffee Cafe, the local community looks forward to enjoying a unique coffee experience that combines quality brews with a heartwarming mission.
