A major highlight of the Municipality’s achievements is its recognition at the HBC International Awards, organized by the Harvard Business Council. Dubai Municipality clinched first place in two different categories for its groundbreaking initiative involving Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This initiative aims to streamline procurement processes while aligning with Dubai’s broader smart city ambitions.
