Pro Kapital Grupp has officially commenced construction of the Blue Marine residential building, situated in the prestigious Klīversala Quarter in Riga. This project is part of a comprehensive development plan aimed at enhancing the area’s residential offerings along the scenic banks of the Daugava River and Āgenskalns Bay.
The Klīversala Quarter encompasses a vast nearly five-hectare land plot located within a UNESCO heritage protection area. This prime location is set to provide future residents with not only stunning views but also a peaceful environment steeped in cultural significance. Blue Marine aims to appeal to those seeking a blend of comfort and sophisticated living, with its design focused on luxury and modern architectural elements.
This seven-storey building will feature a total of 96 apartments, offering various sizes ranging from 1 to 5-room layouts. The architectural vision behind Blue Marine has been crafted by Aivars Kagainis of the renowned Project Office Grietēns and Kagainis, recognized for its focus on modern and functional architecture. Furthermore, the interior spaces will be designed by well-known designers Jana Korolova and Andrey Korolyov, promising a lavish yet comfortable living experience.
Blue Marine strives to create a refined and sustainable living experience. The building will incorporate energy-efficient solutions reflecting a commitment to environmentally friendly practices aimed at reducing energy consumption. Additionally, the development will feature an underground parking facility for residents, enhancing both convenience and safety. Complementing these facilities is a beautifully landscaped courtyard, providing a serene outdoor space for relaxation and community gatherings.
In June 2025, Pro Kapital Grupp announced the establishment of two new subsidiaries specifically associated with the Blue Marine project. The first, SIA Pro Kapital Latvia Engineering, has a share capital of EUR 5,000 and will oversee construction project management in Latvia. The second, SIA BM Klīversala, has a substantial share capital of EUR 2,600,000 established solely for the development of Blue Marine. The management board of both subsidiaries includes key figures from the Pro Kapital Grupp, ensuring close oversight and dedicated expertise.
The formation of these subsidiaries is not expected to significantly alter Pro Kapital Grupp’s overall economic activities, allowing the company to continue its trajectory in the real estate market effectively. As the construction of the Blue Marine progresses, further updates will be provided to investors through the Stock Exchange system, ensuring transparency and ongoing communication about the project’s status and development milestones.
With the Blue Marine residential building, Pro Kapital Grupp further solidifies its role in enhancing the dynamic landscape of Riga’s real estate, promising both luxury and efficient living solutions that cater to modern lifestyles.
