Renderings of the project indicate potential establishments like Cookieland, PlantLife, Coast Cuisine, BodyBuild, and Rose’s. Future residents can look forward to a diverse selection of offerings, including brunch spots, a drive-thru for pastries and coffee, a bagel shop, an essentials market, and a notable addition—a health and beauty store. This is particularly important considering that there are currently few similar retailers within a three-mile radius, signifying a positive shift in consumer options for nearby residents.
