AECOM has been selected by Shomoul Holding as the project management consultant for The Avenues – Riyadh Phase II, a significant mixed-use development valued at over $4 billion. This phase, featuring a luxury shopping center and various mixed-use towers, aims to enhance the region’s appeal in business and innovation. AECOM has recently been selected by Shomoul Holding to serve as the project management consultant and engineer for the second phase of the ambitious Avenues – Riyadh project. This decision follows the successful completion of the first phase of this extensive mixed-use development located in North Riyadh City, Saudi Arabia.
The Avenues – Riyadh represents a significant investment of over $4 billion and aims to solidify Saudi Arabia’s position as a vital hub for business and innovation in the region. Covering an impressive total built-up area of 1,870,000 square meters, the project will offer a leasable area of 370,000 square meters.
